SRP160HT Preheated Urethane Adhesive

When fast drive away times are required, the SRP160HT single component, high modulus, adhesive offers the speed and reliability you need for those jobs that require a one-hour drive away time.

Application Instructions

• Preheat SRP160HT in the SRP Oven for at least 1 hour.
• Apply adhesive to either the glass or pinchweld using a triangular bead approx 3/8 inch base by ½ inch height.
• Replacement glass must be prepped prior to adhesive application.
• Scratches and exposed paint needs to be primed with SRP5025 Paint Primer prior to windshield replacement.
• SRP Velocity must be used when temperatures drop below 15° (-9°C).
• Use SRP185HV on vehicles that require a Non-Conductive Urethane.
